8/17/20 addendum: The above is, I believe, Bill’s last Batman story published in Batman’s self-titled series. I have since learned that his last published Batman (and Superman) story anywhere was, as far as I can tell, two years later in World’s Finest #165. This means Bill the Boy Wonder: The Secret Co-Creator of Batman has a goof.
